Кардіоваскулярна коморбідність у хворих на розсіяний склероз: поширеність та особливості впливу на перебіг захворювання

Abstract

Concomitant diseases occur in patients with MS about half the cases. Given a predisposition to vazopatiy in MS, it is expected that vascular pathology is well represented as the comorbid in this disease. Aim. To determine the prevalence of cardio-vascular pathology as a manifestation of comorbidity in MS and opportunity and especially its impact on the disease. Material and methods. The study involved 195 MS patients with different forms of motion. Evaluated the clinical and demographic characteristics of patients with MS in connection with comorbidity, determined the level of EDSS, fatigue severity for FSS and SАS. Results. The main factors associated with the development of comorbid cardiovascular disease in patients with MS can distinguish patients with older age, longer duration of disease, disability a greater, more pronounced fatigue. Conclusions. Сardiovascular disease as a manifestation of comorbidity found in 49% of MS patients with concomitant, more common in MS patients with concomitant diseases combined and correlated with more severe MS.
