Короткий огляд (реферат):	Introduction. Germline mutations in the BRCA1/2 genes account for the principal high-penetrance breast cancer (BC) susceptibility. Their prevalence in different populations has been previously reported. Additionally, rare mutations in CHEK2 and TP53 genes have been associated also with hereditary predisposition to BC and discussed last time as BRCA-ness mutations. But the frequency of their combinations and clinical significance of combined detection is not good indicated.
